Hybrid course and summer school on ‘Critical Sustainability’ at TU Berlin open for the ENHANCE partner universities

TU Berlin offers a hybrid course on ‘Critical Sustainability' with 8 online meetings on Zoom from 18 April to 11 May on Tuesdays and Thursdays (14:00 to 16:00), followed by a summer school from 17 to 21 July on TU Berlin’s campus.

The participants will broaden their understanding of sustainability through various interactive, artistic and group-dynamic formats. For this they engage in individual work as well as group work to jointly reflect and analyze the reciprocal relations between technology, individuals, nature, society and democracy. This will be the basis for their contribution to a socio-ecological transformation of society through individual and collective action.

Everyone is welcome to participate in this course which will be highly interactive. Students of all study programs from all universities are cordially invited. Non-Students are also warmly welcomed.

There is a fully digital track of the ‘Critical Sustainability’ course, too. It is also highly interactive and international and starts at the same date as the ENHANCE hybrid course. Meetings will be held from April 18 to June 16 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (16 online meetings).

You can earn 6 ECTS for completing the hybrid corse (8 online meetings  + summer school in Berlin) or online course (16 online meetings).

Participation is FREE OF CHARGE.

There are no prerequisite requirements.

Students from ENHANCE Universities are eligible for a stipend of 490 Euros for the Summer School in Berlin in July.
