Prof. Janusz Lewiński was admitted as a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry (FRSC). FRSC title is given annually to ca. 40 scientists who have made significant contribution to the chemical sciences.

Prof. J. Lewiński, PhD, DSc, Eng. was given numerous prestigeous awards and honors, including Maria Skłodowska-Curie Scientific Award of the Polish Academy of Science, CNRS-Université de Rennes Medal as well as laureate of the Foundation for Polish Science MISTRZ (pol. MASTER) programme. He is also the member of European Academy of Sciences since 2010.
